ACHIEVEMENT OF OUR GOALS INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING MAJOR ACTIONS:

1. Taxijustice™: a non-profit will make the five arguments for a free market nationwide taxicab system based on the London Model. The five arguments are: social, moral, economic, constitutional and environmental.
   
   
2. Taxijustice™ a for-profit will seek a Federally Chartered Entity (FCE) status to pursue:

Open entry for all citizens and legal residents to the opportunities of the taxi/shuttle industry.

High knowledge standards: that is 2000 hours of the three T's (tutoring, training, and testing) which through productivity produces service to the people and income for the owner/operator. This FCE will establish and enforce these standards based on the London Model throughout the country.

Operations Centers: Establish across the country these centers that will operate in four time zones 24/7. These will feature automated answering telecommunications system, main frame computers, global positioning system (only to connect cab to customers) and communication to the cab in the third generation cell phone technology.

Establish a computer/GPS driven shuttle service using the same taxi equipment as a less expensive alternative to taxi service.

Finance: This is infrastructure financing for three million owner/operators throughout the country whose small businesses provide service to the people, income to themselves and their families and a reasonable tax base for the nation that supports this industry. This financing of three (3) million small business owner/operators will be funded by one hundred (100) billion dollars from the Capital Markets.

The Taxicab: Establish a national model for the taxicab that will have a composite body and a hybrid engine that will in milestones reach 500 mpg.
